How long does the application take?

Five minutes. You complete a short questionnaire covering your health goals, lifestyle, current supplements and medications, and any relevant history. We use this to contextualize your results when the report is generated.

What happens after I submit my application?

You receive a confirmation by email. We review applications individually, typically within 48 hours. Once confirmed, we coordinate your blood draw with NHealth at a time and location that works for you.

How long until I receive my report?

Your full personalized report is delivered within 3 days of your blood draw. You will receive a digital document with your complete biomarker analysis, biological age calculation, and personalized protocol.

What if my results show something serious?

If your results suggest something that needs medical attention, the report says so clearly and indicates what type of specialist to consult. Our role isn't to diagnose or treat but to give you and your doctor a more complete picture than a standard panel provides, so anything that warrants a closer look gets one.

Is the early access price time-limited?

Early access pricing of 12,000 THB is available for the first 20 members. Once those spots are filled, standard membership pricing of 15,000 THB applies.

Is this a subscription or a one-time fee?

A one-time fee. Your founding membership covers the full biomarker panel, personalized report, and protocol, all for a single payment. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. Retesting is available whenever you want it, priced separately, and entirely your choice.

Can I cancel after applying?

Yes. If you cancel before your blood draw is conducted, your membership fee is refunded in full. Once laboratory testing has started, refunds are not available because the analysis cannot be reversed.

What if I am not in Bangkok?

Aion Health is available throughout Thailand. NHealth has multiple locations across the country, and mobile blood draw is available in most major cities. We will coordinate with you at application.

Can I add the women's hormonal panel later?

Yes. The hormonal panel can be added at application or at any retest. The add-on fee is 5,000 THB.
